What can be corrected
- Incorrect eligibility or restriction language
- An offer shown with the wrong status
- Broken or outdated official-source links
- Incorrect merchant terminology
- Editorial wording that creates a misleading impression
Review process
A reported issue should be checked against the strongest current source available. If evidence is incomplete, the offer should not remain labeled active merely to preserve page activity.
Material corrections
Material offer-state changes may update materialOfferChangedAt. A simple recheck with no change must not create a false article modification date.
