The useful comparison is not only the first-box percentage. Look at how many deliveries you expect to keep, whether shipping is included, and whether premium meals, upgrades or Add-Ons are excluded.

The detailed restrictions say the percentage discount does not cover premiums, meal upgrades, Add-Ons, taxes or shipping fees and cannot be combined with another promotion or gift card.

For someone planning to keep ordering for months, the ongoing 15% discount may matter more than a short signup campaign. If you qualify, compare the verified ID.me route before activating the standard promotion.

Returning Factor customers can get $185 off

Factor also advertises a reactivation promotion for qualifying cancelled customers.

The current $185 off across 10 boxes schedule is:

• Box 1: 55% off;
• Boxes 2–6: 20% off;
• Box 7: 6% off;
• Boxes 8–9: 5% off; and
• Box 10: 7% off.

Factor says the advertised $185 total is based on the eight-meal subscription, so the dollar value varies for other plan sizes. The reactivation page also lists an approximately $10.99 shipping fee on each delivery under this offer.

Use your existing account first

If you previously subscribed, sign back into the old account before assuming a new-customer promotion will apply. Factor’s reactivation flow can display a comeback banner or promotion inside the existing account.

Creating a different account does not change the published eligibility rules for a returning-customer offer.

Referral links and free-box codes are not the same thing

Factor referral links and free-box codes are often mixed together in coupon threads, but recent Factor community threads describe them differently.
