What Is Misfits Market?

Misfits Market is an online grocery delivery service that sells produce, pantry staples, meat, seafood, dairy products, snacks, beverages and household items. Part of its model is sourcing food that may be overstocked, unusually shaped, differently packaged or otherwise harder to sell through a traditional grocery store.

Misfits Market and Imperfect Foods are part of the same company. That is why some current Help Center pages, membership terms and account instructions refer to both brands.

A standard Misfits Market account is free to create. The optional Misfits+ membership is a separate paid product with member-only deals and shipping benefits. Keeping those two things separate matters when comparing a coupon with the total cost of an order.

How Misfits Market Orders and Shopping Windows Work

Misfits Market does not use a normal final checkout button for recurring grocery orders. Instead, orders process at the end of a defined shopping window.

The two main plan experiences are different:

This order flow directly affects coupons. A code is not safe merely because the account accepts it today. The offer must still be valid when the shopping window closes and the order qualifies.

New Customers: Check the Referral Offer First

The dedicated referral program is the clearest current first-order savings path we could verify directly with Misfits Market.

The dedicated referral page shows the current new-customer reward, qualifying-order minimum, referring-customer credit and first-order deadline. The reward is based on the referral offer in effect on the date the new customer signs up. If Misfits Market later raises or lowers the referral value, an already-created account does not automatically switch to the newer offer.

Use the Correct Referral-Code Format

A personal Misfits Market referral code begins with COOKWME-. Misfits Market says the code must include the hyphen and be entered in capital letters. A dedicated referral link can apply the personal code during sign-up without requiring the new customer to type it manually.

Misfits Market’s general FAQ currently shows an older referral value than the dedicated referral page. The dedicated page says the reward and qualifying minimum can change during promotional periods and displays the current amount for the referral program.

What About Public Promo Codes Listed on Coupon Sites?

Major coupon directories currently advertise a mix of percentage-off codes, old welcome codes and personal COOKWME- referral codes for Misfits Market. Those listings are useful as discovery leads, but they are not enough to mark a code verified here.

However, the fine print on that same page says the code had to be claimed by December 31, 2025 at 11:45 p.m. ET and used in full by January 31, 2026 at 11:45 p.m. ET. The promotion applied a maximum of $10 to each of the first two qualifying orders.

The live headline and expired fine print conflict. CouponWarden follows the dated terms rather than assuming the headline silently renewed. Do not create an account expecting this offer unless Misfits Market posts a new claim-by and use-by window.

Misfits+ Savings for Regular Customers

Misfits+ is an optional paid membership. It is separate from the free Misfits Market account and separate from the Grocery Subscription or Flex plan used to place grocery orders.

The current Misfits+ Help Center lists the membership at $69 per year. Benefits include weekly member-only discounts in the Deals aisle and reduced shipping fees. The Deals aisle changes, so a specific weekly item discount should not be treated as a permanent offer.

For a regular shopper, Misfits+ may be more useful than repeatedly searching for a public coupon code. The practical comparison is the annual fee against the member item savings and shipping savings you realistically expect to use.

Select Customers May Get a 14-Day Misfits+ Trial

Misfits Market says select customers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of Misfits+. The trial includes the member benefits available to that account.

If the trial is not canceled by 9 p.m. ET on the final trial day, the payment method on file is charged the $69 annual membership fee plus applicable taxes, and the membership continues annually unless canceled.

Because the trial is offered only to selected customers, CouponWarden labels it as targeted rather than implying that every new account will receive it.

Misfits+ Savings Guarantee

Misfits Market also publishes a Savings Guarantee for eligible memberships that started or renewed on or after August 3, 2026.

After an eligible member completes a full 12-month membership year, Misfits Market compares the member’s tracked item and shipping savings with the membership fee actually paid. If the tracked savings are lower, the member may request an account credit for the difference within 30 days after the membership renews or expires.

This is an account credit, not a cash refund. Misfits Market says the credit normally posts within about 10 business days, is subject to the program terms and is limited to one Savings Guarantee credit per membership year.

Canceling Misfits+ Does Not Cancel Grocery Orders

The paid membership and grocery plan have separate controls.

Canceling Misfits+ stops the paid membership according to its billing rules, but it does not automatically cancel an active Grocery Subscription. Likewise, canceling or downgrading the Grocery Subscription does not automatically cancel Misfits+.

To avoid another Misfits+ annual charge, the current Help Center says to cancel before 9 p.m. ET on the day the current billing cycle ends. If you also want to stop grocery orders, manage the Grocery Subscription or Flex account separately.

Existing Customers Can Save With Misfits Perks

Misfits Perks is the free loyalty program attached to Misfits Market accounts. It can be more reliable for repeat customers than hunting for a public code every week.

The current loyalty terms list these earning rates:

• Grocery Subscription purchases: 2 points per $1 of qualifying grocery subtotal.
• Flex Plan purchases: 1 point per $1 of qualifying grocery subtotal.
• Create a new account: 25 points, subject to the current eligibility terms.
• Download the app and sign in: 15 points, subject to the one-time eligibility rule.
• Account anniversary: 75 points when eligible.

Taxes, shipping fees, alcohol and gift cards do not count toward qualifying purchase points. Purchase calculations use the eligible order subtotal and round down to the nearest whole dollar for points purposes.

How to Redeem Misfits Perks

During an open shopping window, the Shop With Points aisle shows the rewards available to the account. Rewards can include grocery items and, at times, dollar-value discounts.

Misfits Market allows multiple eligible Perks on one order up to a maximum of 1,000 points redeemed per order. If dollar-value discount Perks are available, the loyalty terms limit those to one per order unless the terms change.

Rewards and required point values can vary by location and availability, so treat the Shop With Points aisle as the current source for what your balance can actually buy.

Do Misfits Perks Points Expire?

Yes. The current loyalty terms say points can expire in three important situations:

• you go 60 days without a charged order;
• the points are not redeemed within 365 days after they were earned; or
• the Misfits Market account is canceled.

Switching from Grocery Subscription to Flex does not by itself cancel the account. The earning rate changes, but the loyalty balance remains subject to the normal expiration rules.

Weekly Deals, Rescued-Item Discounts and Free Gifts

Not every Misfits Market saving uses a code. The official Ways to Save page highlights weekly deals, rescued-item discounts, Odds & Ends products and occasional free samples or full-size grocery gifts.

These offers change too quickly to hard-code as evergreen coupons. Check the current storefront and your open shopping window before assuming there are no account-level savings available.

How to Apply a Misfits Market Promo Code

Misfits Market does not place the promo field on a typical final checkout screen. The current Help Center instructions use the account area:

1. Sign in and open My Profile.
2. Find Promos & Credits.
3. Select Have a discount code?

5. Select Apply.

If the account and order qualify, the promotion applies to the next eligible order according to its terms.

Confirm the Discount Before the Shopping Window Closes

While the shopping window is still open, review the cart and any displayed discount or credit. After an order processes, open the order details and review the payment breakdown. Promo savings and account credits can appear as separate line items.

This check matters because the cart can process automatically at the end of the shopping window. Do not wait for a conventional Place Order button that never appears.

Applied Promo Codes Cannot Be Removed by the Customer

Misfits Market’s current promo-code instructions say that once a promo code is applied to an account, only Customer Care can remove it. Any later discounts attached to that promotion continue to apply while the promotion remains eligible.

Read unfamiliar offer terms before attaching a code. If the wrong promotion is on the account, contact support before the shopping window closes.

Why a Misfits Market Coupon May Not Work

Common failure points are more specific than simply “invalid code.” Check these before trying a different offer:

• The offer has expired or will expire before the shopping window closes.
• The promotion is limited to a new customer or intended recipient.
• The grocery subtotal does not meet the required minimum.

A coupon headline is not the delivered total.

Misfits Market currently publishes a $1.99 Operations Fee on orders. Its delivery fee starts at $5.99, with the exact amount depending on ZIP code. A location-specific order total can waive the delivery fee, and an eligible Misfits+ membership may reduce or remove shipping charges depending on the account and delivery location.

Your order minimum, delivery fee and free-shipping threshold are shown during sign-up and in the cart. Compare the final total after fees rather than assuming a $10 or $15 discount automatically makes the order cheaper than another grocery option.

SNAP EBT and Special-Group Discounts

Misfits Market’s current Help Center says it does not accept SNAP EBT as a payment method. The current payment guidance lists major U.S. credit cards, debit cards, prepaid Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, while SNAP/EBT remains unsupported.

We also did not find a current public Misfits Market student, military or first-responder discount in the merchant sources reviewed for this page. If Misfits Market launches one, it should be added only after the eligibility rules and current terms can be sourced directly.

Customer Support for Promo or Order Problems

Misfits Market directs signed-in customers to its Sage chat from Account Home for secure 24/7 assistance. If Sage cannot resolve the problem, Customer Care can take over.

Use support when a promo needs to be removed, a referral credit is missing, an account-specific offer is unclear or an order processed unexpectedly. For a delivered-order problem, the Orders page also includes a Report Issue path for eligible recent orders.

Recently Expired Offers
